General

Getting started with us is easy. If you are an individual customer, please click on “my account” page. Fill in the required fields - we will need your name, email address and desired password (minimum length of password is 8 characters). Login to the portal using your login details and enjoy shopping.  

If you are a corporate end user or distributor, please click on “customer login” page. Fill in the required fields- we will need your name, email address and desired password (minimum length of password is 8 characters). If you want to register a credit account with us fill the credit application form with the required details and send it back to our customer service team on info.ppe@ppe-online.com. Our team will review the application and update you in our system as a regular customer.

That’s it! You are now part of the PPE ONLINE family!

If you are a personal user, you can create multiple accounts with different email, user id and password. However, we recommend you to use one account only so that you can make use of our loyalty programs and points. If you are a corporate end user or a distributor, our customer service team will review the request and will approve the additional account accordingly after submitting proper documents.

Go to “Customer Login” or “My Account” and then click forgot password. You will receive a link to reset your password.

Your “My bag” will consist of the products that you added by clicking on the 'ADD TO CART' button.You have the option to view your cart by clicking on the 'MY BAG' on the top right corner of the website.

Search for the product of your interest and click on it to view the product page. Scroll down the page to find the‘Specification’ tab or click on the floating “Specification” button to view all the product specifications.

All your deliveries will arrive packaged in PPE ONLINE protective, branded packaging made from 100% recycled materials and sealed / taped. PPE ONLINE recommends you to order items in packing quantities to ensure delivery of materials in original packing.

Like an item but want to save it for later? noon provides you with an option to add products to your wish list, which will be viewed from the cart. You can add items to your wish list by clicking on the “Add to Wish list” link on a product description page. You can move items later from your wish list to the cart and vice versa.

Once you have placed an order, you will be notified as your order progresses. To check the status of your product, log in to your account and click on the 'Orders' tab. You will be able to see the status of each product here. Clicking on a product will also give you detailed information about the status of the product.

Once the order is placed you cannot add additional items to it, but you can start anew order.

We use real time inventory in our website and you can block the available quantities by moving them to “My Bag”.

Payment

If you are a customer based out in UAE and do not wish to make an online payment, you can choose to pay in cash when you receive your order. The amount specified during checkout is the exact amount that you will have to pay. Considering the price of the product, as well as shipping and carrier charges. If you are a credit customer approved by PPE ONLINE, you can pay as per the agreed terms. If there is any delay in processing the payment the account will be blocked after the grace period.

Your credit/debit card information will not be visible to PPE ONLINE or any other party. You can delete your card details at any given time from your PPE ONLINE profile. Card details are saved in your PPE ONLINE profile purely for convenient checkouts of all your orders.

Adding a new payment card: During checkout, any card you choose to pay with will automatically be saved against your account.You can then use the same card(s) for future orders.

There can be several reasons for a card payment to be denied. For debit cards, the reason is almost always due to insufficient funds. For failed credit card payments, it might be due to outstanding payments or insufficient credit. Kindly contact your issuing bank to find out the reason for any unsuccessful payment attempts.

Shipping & Delivery

You can find the estimated time of delivery of the item on your Account page.

Currently we only ship orders to the UAE and other GCC countries.

You can return a product if it is not a part of the non-returnable list and if you have received: 

a)  An incorrect product (if the product is unused, in original unbroken packaging and includes all tags).

b)  A damaged / defective product (For electronics, open products will be accepted if different from description or picture displayed).

c)  If you have changed your mind or placed a wrong order, we will only accept a return under certain conditions:

The items are in its original retail packaging (Sealed/Closed Box) and is not damaged or tampered in any condition.The seal of the item needs to be in an intact condition. For all products, the product needs to be in original packaging and have all the original tags. For all other products, returns are accepted if product is in unbroken original packaging, including all accessories. We handle delivery through our in-house carrier for all products fulfilled by PPE ONLINE across UAE. Our delivery team are committed to ensure a smooth delivery process for you. If you need delivery outside UAE or need special deliveries within UAE, you can choose alternate delivery arrangements provided by PPE ONLINE like special delivery trucks orCourier Service by our logistics partner ARAMEX by paying the special delivery charges. Other eligible orders in UAE will be delivered FOC.

Value Added Programs

Select eligible products and select the mode of customization. The rates will be automatically updated. You can share the artwork to info.ppe@ppe-online.com with order reference number. Our team will get back to you with the delivery details or contact you for more details. 

If you are a corporate end user with minimum monthly PPE requirement, you can contact our sales team and request for the registration form. Once you register by adding basic details of the company, our expert team will get in touch with you and schedule the Audit at your facility. The report of Audit will be shared within 7 working days.
